Blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Petit Verdot, 17% Cabernet Franc
Allpa, named after the Quechua word for "earth" is a blend that pays tribute to the unique terroir of Paso Robles. It's a rich and complex wine, harmoniously blending different varietals, each contributing their own unique flavor profile while capturing the essence of the region's rocky limestone-rich soils and microclimate.
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our cabernet sauvignon comes from the rocky westside Paso Robles terroir, where the warm days and cool nights provide a slow and even ripening. The limestone rich soil allows for excellent drainage and forces the vines to dig deep into the earth in search of water and nutrients. The result is a concentrated and intense flavor profile with velvety tannins that give way to a long, smooth finish.
